In 1991 she graduated from Volgograd State University (specialty – Philologist. Teacher of German language and literature). From 1991 to 2012 she worked at Volgograd State University. Since 2012 – at the Institute of International Relations of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.

Research interests – theory of communication, psycho-, socio-, pragmalinguistics, theory of discourse.
